Calf pain: Are you on any medications? With muscular injuries it is rest ,elevate, if pulse is intact-ice 5-10 minute on 55-50 minutes off 3-4 x/day then after 24 hours alternate ice with warm soaks. Try epsom salt soak for leg, kinesiotape, massage.
