Does leg extension exercise bad for knees? And what machines to avoid in gym as not to increase knee pain?
What would cause rt burning knee pain to wake me up in the middle of the night. Pain is relieved with extension but brutal to get to so. No injury.
I had a lateral release and chondroplasty on my left knee on 5/20/16. I have knee pain, bend to 87 and extension to 10 and little weight bearing.
Repeat MRI: This is obviously not a normal recovery process. Most patients will have normal motion by now. The need for a chondroplasty suggests you have some cartilage damage. May be from back: Pain that follows this pattern may be coming from the spine, especially if it radiates bellow the knee.
