Swelling entire length of Achilles tendon. MRI normal. Leaving upper leg stationary and extending lower leg straight, feel pulling behind leg. Help?
What's your question: We need more info regarding your post. Low back pain from high velocity or energy injury & trauma is more worrisome. Numbness, tingling & weakness of a leg is worrisome. Pain in lower right back above buttocks. Travels down leg. Knee pain shooting down leg when crossing legs. No knee swelling, full weight bearing.

Please repost: and explain what you mean by a "butt" scan. Medically there's no such thing as a "butt" scan. Abandon your unfortunate tendency to use vague colloquial words like "butt" and and state EXACTLY what the scan was called.
