Hypoglycemia: This could easily be low blood sugar or stress or both. The tingling often is associated with hyperventillation.

Rather: Rather than comment on a specific product let's back up a minute and talk about the deep cleaning. Athough you have tried hard to do all of the right things it is possible that you have buildup below the gums requiring deep cleaning. This can be confirmed with x-rays and a periodontal charting to measure your gums. As long as you have tarter (calculus) below the gumline, no product will solve your gum issue. If you are questioning the need for this service, ask for an explanation and to see the documentation that resulted in the diagnosis. Totally Normal: There is very little padding to the shin bone so it is very vulnerable to injury. Very likely you banged it up plenty as a little kid perhaps bike riding or smk=cking it against playground equiptment. That's enough to put dents in the bone that last a lifetime. ...Read more

Aboligothalomatubro!: I have the same thing and it's a lethal terminal Aboligothalomatubro tumor. JUST KIDDING! But I do have the same thing. You are correct, most probably a defect in the fascia and the muscle bulges out a little. Shouldn't be a big deal unless it bothers you. It can be surgically corrected but has never seemed worth it to me and I'm three times older than you and still doing lots of sports, etc. ...Read more

Probably benign but-: 28y/o female asks about 'a dent in the qaud muscle R upper R leg, No pain. Possible prior unnoticed trauma/injury, insect bite. Prolonged pressure sitting at desk w corner point pressing at point... Could be Direct nerve injury affecting the femoral nerve, L2L3L4 component, even post Viral neuropathy. Please explain DENT: I'm not getting the visual on what you mean by "dent" unless you are swollen up and down your leg with one area being concave "down" for lack of a better description due to the amount of swelling or fluid retention happening. I wouldn't be so sure that the "dent" is causing the foot to swell as much as whatever's causing the leg to swell (resulting in the denting) is also causing the foot to swell. ...Read more
