I had RT. leg pain..went to GP she sent me for an ultrasound. Color Doppler came back negative for DVT. Should I still be worried? I think the dull ache I have is coming from my lower right back..
Neg DVT; Rt Leg Pain: How long have you had the symptoms? Is your whole right leg involved or just one part (thigh vs calf)? Since your U/S was negative, you shouldn't be fearful. Short course of oral steroids (7 days) or Toradol (5 days) could help knock out this aching if your symptoms diffusely involve the whole right leg. Too soon to worry: With what sounds like the flu or a similar flu-like illness, muscle aches are very common. I would gradually increase your activity to normal. If the leg pain or weird feeling persist past another week, i would see your doctor.
