Arm pain: I am not sure, but as described, it sounds as if you have a pinching nerve that is innervating your upper arm. Possibly arthritis in your neck or shoulder area where the nerve travels down to your arm is occurring. See the Dr. for an evaluation and possibly an EMG test to determine if you indeed have some nerve issues happening (possibly even Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, etc.). Best Wishes. ...Read more

Nerve: It is more likely that you have nerve entrapment referrable to a neck disk bulging. A neurologist could evaluate you for this. To look for coronary artery blockage, a maximal treadmill stress test is the best test for you. I think your symptoms are more likely from the neck rather than the heart. ...Read more

Go to the hospital: The symptoms you describe are very concerning given your age. Without something that makes you think of a muscle strain, this is even more concerning. If you are short of breath, nauseated, have palpitations or are sweaty, please seek care immediately. Call 911. This can be a heart attack or a problem with your aorta. Unlikely to be heart: If it hurts when you breath or you can move into a position that relieves or causes it to hurt worse or there is a specific spot that causes the pain it is very unlikely to be your heart. Could be your lung or chest wall or even your esophagus. ...Read more

ECG is not accurate: Ecg is notoriously inaccurate in detecting ischemic hearts disease, especially in women. You are better of getting a multifunction cardiogram instead. It more accurate than stress imaging tests.
