Left testicle llq pain radiates to left lower back pain. Had CT ruled out kidney stones. H/o Crohn's and colitis. What could this be.

Unclear: Is the testicle tender and swollen? Possibility of inflammation of the testicle or epididymis needs to be considered. Sometimes, the testicle may intermittently twist on its' vascular pedicle and cause intermittent torsion with associated pain. Complete torsion can cut off the blood supply and result in loss of the testicle. If any of this sounds like you, get examined by a urologist.

Several options: Unprotected sex could cause an infection that may give you testicle pain. Could be hernia or pinched nerve to. Are a few other possibilities. Bottom line, I would get checked out by a doctor.

Gross hematuria, end of urination. Blood samples, urine samples done. No infection. "Tense" bladder, lower back pain, occasional scrotum/testicle pain?

Gross hematuria, end of urination. Blood samples, urine samples done. No infection. "Tense" bladder, lower back pain, occasional scrotum/testicle pain?

Terminal hematuria: Could be posterior urethritis or prostatitis, assuming urine is clear at first. Advise consult urologist. Will likely order kidney & bladder ultrasound + possible cystoscopic examination. Cystoscope is a long thin instrument for examining urethra & bladder.

Kidney problem?: Nerves that supply the kidneys also supply the testicles, and so something affecting the kidneys may cause pain in the back (just below ribs) and also in the testicles. You should get a medical exam and perhaps an ultrasound.

Groin/lower back pain. Started running 2 months ago. No issues with urination/ejaculation but sometimes discomfort in testicle. Thoughts?

Nonspecific: Unfortunately your symptoms are fairly nonspecific. Potential causes range from upper lumbar disc herniation to groin pull to hip pathology (i.e. Cartilage injury, stress fracture). I would suggest anti-inflammatory meds and backing off on the running for some time. If symptoms do not improve then definitely see a physician.

Kidney stone?: IS the back pain on rt side or midline or both sides. Most of the times the renal colic pain can be referred from loin to groin, and you will the pain as testicular pain but actually pain could be referred pain from the kidney/ureter down to the scrotum. Also differential diagnoses are testicular swellings themselves and usually pain is in the abdomen bec. Oflymphnodes. We do ultrasound the testes.
