Don't do it!: Probably some structure is being stretched by the water pressure. If it otherwise feels just like the right one and you don't get pain any other time, it is probably fine. Get it checked: The pain may be nothing more then a strain, but it could also be something more serious. Years ago I personally had a similar pain that continued to get worse. I finally had it examined and found a problem. Testicular cancer. If I hadn't had it examined and treated I would not be here today.
