Urgent care/ER: Diverticulitis, kidney infections, bladder infections are all possibilities, among others like food poisoning and viral gastoenteritis. Difficult to assess without a physical exam. Best to visit an urgent care center or ER for treattment of nausea and vomiting at least. Your med list, diabetes, syncopal history all make it more possibly serious. ...Read more

Not necessarly: There are many factors here toconsider, how long this has been going on? Was there any blood in the stools, any rectal exam , colonoscopy?, barium enema. Based on these , we can come closer to make a giagnosis. ...Read more

Need more info: I'm assuming you have a tubo-ovarian abscess but i can't be sure unless you give me more information. Regarding surgical infections, in general, if your pain and fever return after finishing a course of antibiotics, you likely have a source of infection that would require drainage / removal. I would see your doc: You may have a bladder infection. Not all utis are associated with painful urination or bloody urine - in fact, many may have vague symptoms such as what you are describing. I would recommend that you see your physician and have a test for urinary tract infection. ...Read more

Other causes: Several other things can cause a woman's mense to come to a halt without being pregnant, stress, heavy physical training, weight loss, hormonal imbalances, and pathological conditions of either the ovaries or the uterus. Possibilities: A ct scan could have missed a kidney stone that passed just before the scan. It could also miss diverticulitis, depending on whether the ct scan was done with both IV and oral contrast. Colonoscopy is definitely the next thing to do. Another consideration is endometriosis, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, or inflammatory bowel disease. ...Read more
