Muscle pull: Sounds like you may have pulled a muscle with that "rigorous" exercise!!! Speak with your Primary Health Care Provider and review those exercises!! In the meantime REST and ICE....plus Ibuprofen (OTC) are my suggestions!

Twitching muscle: Sometimes muscles do this when there is exercise, strain or a nerve injury. Was there an injury? Is there weakness? Does it only happen when you are sleeping in this position?

Maybe it's best to leave it alone. There is no harm with a neurologist, but if you do not have pain or weakness, there is probably not much to do. ...Read more
