Should i be worried about a neuroepthial cyst located in the left choroid fissure region with numbness and tingling on left side.

Choroid cyst: No. A choroid plexus or neuroepithelial cyst is a benign mass. A cyst has to be large enough to put pressure on the surrounding brain. Also, a left-sided cyst would cause symptoms on the right side of the brain. A left-sided cyst would not cause left-sided symptoms. ...Read more

Not my diagnosis: Lots of reasons for left sided tingling and numbness, and could be problem in neck or even peripheral nerves. The lesion in your neck could be a sebaceous cyst. Have your doctor evaluate these additional concerns, but so far, no issue to have concern about ms. ...Read more

I have a dull aching pain in my lower back (left side) I have numbness and tingling in my left thigh down to my knee. ?

Unpinch the nerve.: Sounds like you have a disk herniation. As long as the pain is tolerable, and you do not have progressive increasing weakness, or lose the ability to control the bladder or bowels, the vast majority of disk herniations can be treated without surgery. I recommend you get a good exam by a spine specialist, then follow instructions on use of medications, stretchs and activities modifications. ...Read more

Is weird numbness and tingling on the left side of your left hand a symptom of impending heart attack?

Is weird numbness and tingling on the left side of your left hand a symptom of impending heart attack?

Probably not: Arm pain that radiates (travels to) the hand and particularly the fingers is usually not heart related, but more likely to be a pinched nerve in the neck. The is referred to as as cervical neuropahy, if it comes from the spine, or brachial neuropathy, if it comes from lower down. I've seem this happen if someone leans heavily on crutches they have been using for a sprained knee. ...Read more

Comments: Truthfully, due to bad anticholinergic side effects, I no longer use amitryptyline in any of my patients. Would prefer OTC items, such as riboflavin, butterbur, CoQ-10 magnesium or feverfew. Most neurologists can help with this. If it must be prescription, choose Depakote or Topamax. Botox, maybe? ...Read more

I have being feeling numbness and tingling on my whole right side what can this be.....?

Many things: While these symptoms are usually self limited and inconsequential, if these persist more than a week or so, with your young age, see your family md for evaluation.
