I have a 101.7 fever and severe left abdominal side pain when I move or breath in deep! what is wrong with me?

Muscles- skeletal : most likely, in your case it's the muskuloskrletal system. Maybe you pulled a muscle? Strained? Lifted a heavy weight? Less likely cause for you can be from your heart, or lungs.
