I can't hold my pee for 2seconds, and it hurts while peeing, my pee looks cloudy have treated UTI twice for this but it continues. My abdomen hurts too?

Must see your doctor: You definitely need to see your primary care doctor about this. Depending on how the UTIs were treated before, it could be a persistent UTI. I have left lower abdominal pain made worse by sex and after urination, had a cyst before that was removed. I now also have piles but no constipation. Is there any relation between the two?

LLQ pain: Left lower abdominal discomfort after sexual activity and urination suggests an abdominal muscle strain. Another possibility is some degree of pelvic congestion. If you have no associated bowel symptoms I doubt an intestinal cause. The presence of hemorrhoids is nonspecific and they should not play a role in abdominal symptoms. Have a rectopelvic examination by your gynecologist and a urinalysis. ...Read more

Dr to examine testis: Testicle pain means a trip to the doctor right away because the testicle's blood supply can be twisted off (called torsion). When that happens, the testicle can die. Other causes of testicle pain include trauma, infection, twisting off an appendix of a testicle (a small lump next to a testicle), etc... Since a guy usually cannot tell if his testicle is twisting, an exam by the doctor is needed. ...Read more

Is it normal to get abdominal pain if I hold in my urine for too long?

Absolutely, normal =: Common/average, but not necessarily healthy, much less excellence. Internal "visceral" sensations are rarely as well localized in mind/brain perception/interpretation as surface sensations for a variety of reasons. When any sensation increases in intensity mind/brain focus/perception/interpretation usually broadens; a useful strategy to increase attention to potentially life threatening issues. ...Read more
