Strain?: Based on the symptoms you are describing it seems you might have some abdominal wall muscle strain, especially if you were performing any type of strenuous activity. If you are experiencing nausea, vomiting, colic pain, etc it is most likely inside (abdomen) and you should be evaluated. For now if not the case, rest and anti inflammatory meds like ibuprofen if you are not allergic should help.

What could cause the back of my head to hurt whenever I run or jump continuosly for more then 5 minutes?

Many causes: Your age is a little concerning for these symptoms. If you were in your teens, these types of activities can cause headaches anytime with exertion. If you are having these symptoms now at your age, I would recommend an MRI of the brain and evaluation by your family dr. As well as a neurologist.

Hematoma: You may be having a hematoma (blood collection) from the injury. It takes some time to heal. Usually, nothing makes it heal faster. Cold application right after the injury may help the discomfort. Later on, warm applications may be soothing.

My knee is stiff usually. I play a lot of basketball and now they hurt I can't run or jump as fast as I could. Please help?

Have it evaluated: It is often a patellar tendinitis in individuals who play a lot of basketball. You should have the knees evaluated by an orthopedist. An exercise program and possibly antiinflammatory meds can help.

What can I do if my breast hurt when running, jumping, or pressed; is it normal?

Maybe: If your breasts are somewhat pendulous, then this type of activity can hurt. Also depending on where you're at in your cycle may hurt as well. Make sure you have a supportive bra as that can definitely help. Some women even wear 2 bras if breasts are heavy, when they work out. If pain is localized in one spot, be sure to see a doctor. Sometimes caffeine can cause as well.

Foot pain: The 1st thing that I would do is try a different shoe. If this is not helpful your local podiatrist can look into this for you.

Knee feels strange when jumping/running. Like something is rubbing against each other. Or bumping, like a space is between the bones. Hurts sometimes.

Knee feels strange when jumping/running. Like something is rubbing against each other. Or bumping, like a space is between the bones. Hurts sometimes.

Depends on anatomy: You will need to see your physician and have an evaluation there may be a problem with the anatomy of your knee, or the internal contents of the knee. You may also need imaging. Your physician may want you to see a rheumatologist or An orthopedic surgeon to see if they can be clarified.

Left pelvic pain: There may be an ovarian cyst or you may have endometriosis -if you are having that sharp pain. Treatment depends upon proper diagnosis first. I recommend seeing your gyn doc and get a pelvic US first.

Be seen: I would be seen as it may sometimes have a simple solution. Chronic shin "splints" can often be associated with foot malalignment problems that are often quite treatable.

Inside of knee hurts when I walk fast, put to much weight on it, run, and jump but no swelling?

Inside of knee hurts when I walk fast, put to much weight on it, run, and jump but no swelling?

Varies: There are numerous potential causes, the three most common are usually an early degeneration on the medial aspect of the tibia, or a meniscal tear of the medial meniscus, or a tendonitis at the pea anserine area. A detailed exam and appropriate studies would likely reveal the cause, I would not hesitate to be seen.
