Trauma? Shingles: Dear YKarim, have you hit the area? if not, when reading this, I got concerned about Shingles (Herpes zoster) in which case, early antivirals will help. Diaphragm spasm: Your symptoms suggest diaphragm spasm or cramp. If this is an isolated episode that occurs infrequently, then you don't have to worry.
