Pain on lower left side abdomen. Pain increases when laying down. Had a ct-adb/pel w/d con, showed unremarkable. Do you have any idea?

Tender to touch lower left abdomen. Pain is nearly on the left side. There is actually more pain if I move the area sideways by finger than push down?
RUQ pain: That is the location of your spleen. Sometimes that can be reffered pain involving left upper chest wall, left lung base, left colon angle. So lots of possibilities. If the pain you feel is after effort is more likely the spleen. If it s happening for awhile, getting worse, associated with shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting go and see your pcp asap. You need a full exam labs urine C&S. 24 urine for stone analysis kidney ultrasound or CT. And usually empiric antibiotic therapy pending the results.
