Small adrenal: nodules will not cause shoulder pain or scoliosis. The vast majorityof incidentally discovered adrenal nodules are benign adenomas. Most of these have unique characteristics on MRI and CT and can be diagnosed without biopsy. Biopsy: I would recommend getting a biopsy of one of the enlarged lymph nodes. Antibiotics may not help here. Further studies need to be done. Ask your physician what they are thinking... ...Read more
