Stress: Yes, stress can cause a lot of symptoms but chest pain in women can be worrisome due to women commonly having atypical cardiac chest pain. Tingling in the arm sounds more neurological like pinched nerve in neck or shoulder. Headaches are common for stress and many other causes. Putting all together is hard, but could be stress, cardiac, other neurological cause - or more than one. (and others). ...Read more

Lower rib pain: I am not entirely sure of the cause of your rib pain. I can speculate that you may have a lower rib pain syndrome, which is characterized by pain in the lower chest or upper abdomen, a tender spot on the rib margin, and reproduction of the pain by pressing on the spot. You may also have some sort of impingement on the intercostal nerves, which run along the lower borders of the ribs. ...Read more
What can cause u to have a tingling in ur lower left side front rib cage when laying down and should I worry?
I have a numbness/ tingling sensation under my low left ribs toward the middle of my body when I lay down on my side. No pain. 3-4 months.
Nerve: This could be a pinched nerve that is aggravated in certain positions. If you are not extremely bothered by it, there is no need to seek urgent care. If you see rash in the area, then I would see an M.D. as it could be shingles. The tingling with shingles though, is not usually intermittent or position dependent. ...Read more

Is tingling pain in left shoulders, arm, left side of rib and tingling left foot, sign of heart attack even it normalizes after 15-20mins.
Statistically, no: The character of the pain and its distribution would make this a very improbable answer. However, answers regarding symptoms are statistical replies (and "one out of a thousand" means "out of a thousand, one"). If you have reason to worry about this then see someone and have an evaluation. ...Read more

There's really nothing anybody will pin down for you on something like that with such little information except the fact, this is most likely insignificant. I feel a pain in right, left and center of my chest which last for few seconds and tingling in my arm?
See your doctor ASAP:
Tingling in the shoulder, arm, jaw, neck, or hands may be associated with chest pain due to cardiac causes such as angina or heart attack (poor blood supply to the heart muscles) among other conditions that affect the heart or the major vessels.
I do not think your symptoms are neurologic in origin. I am more concerned about your chest pain. Please see your doctor as soon as possible! ...Read more

Chest wall pain: Rib or thoracic pain is most likely posttraumatic in nature. Has there been an injury? Associated tingling in the chest would suggest neuritis of the intercostal nerves. This would be an inflammation of those nerves coursing along the ribs. Tingling can be a heralding precursor to more unusual conditions like shingles or transverse myelitis. A medical evaluation would be advise for persistent sxs. ...Read more
Sorry to hear this: I do not know what to say on the basis of such little information. If this is the consequence of trauma then, you need x-rays and a medical examination. If this is not as the consequence of trauma then, you need to see a doctor anyways if the pain is severe enough for you to write about it on this network. Alternatively, provide more information for a more detailed response from 10, 000 miles away! ...Read more

Perhaps ulnar nerve: The anatomy suggests a problem affecting the left ulnar nerve, and the chest pain could represent a site of compression over lateral pectorals minor muscle, or even a problem in lower brachial plexus such as thoracic outlet syndrome. An EMG test might confirm. Reassured that your docs are looking at heart issues, as this is another possibility. ...Read more
