No it is not an : Infection. Cl wearer do develop these symptoms after wearing lenses for some time. It is usually an allergic reaction to the polymer of the contact lenses. Stop usng face cream: Always important to keep all face creams away from the eye area in particular as the mucous membranes inside the lids are sensitive to chemicals. Can be toxic.
