Front middle shin pain when putting preassure on the left leg and sometimes when resting what can cause this ?

Probably sciatica: It is probably a sciatica, which is an irritation of a nerve in the back that causes pain to run down the leg. I've had burning to cold sensation my left leg for 3 weeks now. Sometimes it's just in the foot, other times across the whole leg. What could this be?
Sciatica: A problem with either blood vessels or nerve could cause your symptoms however, at your age this is most likely related to your back and the sciatic nerve. The cause of irritation to the sciatic nerve is either a disc pressing on a portion of the nerve or narrowing of an area where the nerve comes out. If this continues, you should see an M.D. Avoid lifting, pushing, pulling anything heavy. ...Read more
I get an intense burning in my left side when I bend my left leg, or raise my left arm. It has been about two days.
Get neurology eval: The fact that you get the same sensation of left sided burning when you flex the leg OR raise the left arm is very difficult to explain off the top of my head from a purely anatomical view. You need to be seen and examined by a neurologist to get a better handle as to what is going on. It may also be a non-organic problem but that would come later after everything else checked out. ...Read more

I have a shooting/burning pain in the back of my left leg. The pain happens off and on about 25-30 times a day.
What could this be?
Leg pain: the burning pain you describe is most likely a neuropathic type of pain, but the question is what is aggravating your nerve. The most common cause is a pinched spinal or paraspinal nerve, but other causes such as diabetes, shingles, vitamin B12 deficiency and a few others need to be ruled out. Please see your doctor. An EMG test may show the origin of the problem. Blood tests and MRI may also help ...Read more

I have a scaly like rash on my upper left leg. Its not my inner thigh. It's not itchy or burning but is alittle redish. It's been there a while?
Possibilities...: Based on your description, eczema come to mind. This can be itchy but not always. Contact dermatitis is usually itchy and it is usually an allergic reaction of some kind. Get this examined. Also, stop smoking now, regardless of the cause of your symptoms. Lung cancer, and COPD is far worse! ...Read more
