I'm 3 wks post complete hysterectomy. Sharp pain in lower left front of Abdomen.Bad pain. Nothing relieves it. Had the LAVH procedure. Should i worry?

Depends on duration.: It all depends on the duration and severity of the pain. If the pain has been persistent since the time of surgery and not getting worse then it is normal postoperative pain and not serious. Hard to say: Left sided pain can be from many different causes. In that location is the lower bowel that can be a source of pain no matter if there was a hysterectomy or not. Do surgeons reattach a mobilised ascending colon after performing an appendectomy for a retroperitoneal appendicitis our is it just left unattached?
