Involuntary movements an issue? Have invol. Movements only when i try sleeping. Lip puckering/ twitching. Jaw moving. Muscle twitch. Face twitching.
Could be normal.: Involuntary movements may occur during the dreaming phase of sleep. Some people may have difficulty getting to sleep because they worry a lot and when they finally fall asleep their muscles twitch which can cause them to wake up. It can also happen when you are very tired and yet you may have a hard time to relax and sleep. I wouldn't worry too much about this. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

I'd like to see it: Trapping nerves doesn't result in limbs "shaking." If you've pain you may've broken something. Fine tremulousness based on this is a possibility. Something a bit less good to have may be a simple partial seizure following a good whack the head. If you'd like to connect with me by webcam & show me what's going on that'd be best. Or go to an ER. I notice that when I am typing my left hand is paler in color when compared to the right. Sometimes I feel a slight trembling in that hand as well.?
Need further tests: Sound like either vascular (blood flow) or nerve related problem. Carpal tunnel syndrome can present this way although you did not mention numbness, tingling or pain. It could also be constriction of blood vessel in the hand that makes the color change. Women are more prone to this condition. You will need full clinical eval and xray, emg, blood test, and possibly arterial doppler. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Yes, it can: In the pre-marketing clinical studies, more than 10% of people experienced tremors with zoloft (sertraline). So yes, it could be causing the problem you have. See a Physician: It is impossible to determine the cause without examining the patient. But symptoms of pain in the shoulder and pain with lifting the arm up are typical for rotator cuff tendinitis. Why do I get eyebags, pallor and hand involuntary hand tremors after an orgasm, i'm talking about hours after, it is related to my pheochromocytoma?
Could be: If you have a known pheo, it could 'do its thing' anytime, unrelated to sexual acitivity or anything else. I would encourage you to have the workup done to include an assessment by an endocrinologist to evaluate whether or not you need surgery or it can be treated and managed with medicine. If it is hours later after orgasm, i think low probability that is the cause. More just pheo being pheo. ...Read more
