Had CT 3yrs ago for headaches/left foot tingling-was clear. Felt ok for 1yr then symptoms came back last yr and have been constant. Brain tumour?

Unlikely: Numbness/tingling of one foot would more may be related to your back. A slipped disc pressing on a nerve root that exits your back could cause this. If you had a negative ct of your brain 3 years ago, and the symptoms have not changed, it would be unlikely to be a tumor which would have grown by now and caused other symptoms.
