It could be...: Athlete's foot. The best otc medication (in my opinion) is lotrimin (clotrimazole) ultra. Dilute vinegar soaks are good as well. Dry the inside of your shoes by placing them up-side down over an air return vent at home overnight. If this doesn't make things better in a couple days, see a podiatrist. ...Read more

Tinea Pedis: This sounds like a chronic tinea pedis or atheletes feet. I will usually place my patients on Spectazole (econazole) cream daily till it resolves, and if it didnt I would take a biopsy and or fungal culture. It is also imprtant to know what areas of feet crack and bleed, heels around margins? Arch? Ball of foot' If the small bumps ar pustulie it could also be pustular Psoriasis ...Read more

See a dermatologist: Your treatment is for fungus. Do you have fungus or something else? If fungus, not responding, you may need oral terbinafine. If not fungus you need a diagnosis to determine the remedy. Glucosamine is an old con, a waste of money. Why the intestinal symptoms? ...Read more

Rash: It's important to have an accurate diagnosis prior to rendering effective treatment. You may have eczema or a fungal infection. One may even need to biopsy to rule out a more serious condition. You should see a Dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. ...Read more
