Comments: Most cases of vestibular neuronitis (labyrinthitis) of viral origin should be fully resolved over 4-6 weeks. Further persistence of symptoms raises question of a different diagnosis. Maybe you need to have an otolaryngological visit if not better soon. ...Read more

I have noticed that every so often, my left eye feels tired and kinda burns. I go to school online, so I thought it might be eye strain. Relief help?

Probably dry eye: This is most common when first waking up and the blurry vision is temporary. Artificial tears over the counter will help. Make sure it does NOT contain any redness or itching reliever in it. Just a pure lubricating drop. Use this through out the day and when waking up. Generally 3-4x/day. Dry eye is very common. It depends : How long ago did you have the surgery. You may need some time if you eyes will adjust post operatively. Because of asymmetry between the two eyes refraction you may have some eye strain. Your refraction is very minimal, the time may help with goos lubrication. If your symptom persist or get worse pls see your surgeon. ...Read more

Pressure sensation??: You need an examination, to screen for glaucoma and dry eye, as well as getting a prescription upgrade. The sensation "squeezed" may represent eye strain, and a need for better lighting and stronger glasses. Over-the-counter artificial tears will not hurt and may help a little.
