Talk to your Eye MD: If you have started a new medication, a rash under the eye is indeed a common sign of allergy, either to the medication itself or a preservative. You don't want to go into a surgical procedure with an inflammed eye, so you probably will need to switch drops before the procedure, and possibly get checked to r/o infection. See dermatologist : From what u have written appears to be a non specific dermatitis. Best wld be to see a dermatologist and get a specific diagnosis. Alternately u can try 1% hydrocortisone cream ( over the counter) which will lessen the itching and may clear the small bumps. If it is does not help or gets worse u shd see the doctor. ...Read more
