Numbness: I'm sorry that you are having all of these symptoms. You obviously have been to see someone in order to get a CT scan. Do you have a headache as well. You have some sensitivity to sound, we can't see the rest of your symptoms. If you haven't yet you need to see a neurologist, you probably need an MRI and an MRA or angiogram. I woke up today with on and off numbness on my left cheek. Can you tell me why would that be happening?

I've been studying~8 hrs/day for 7 days, the past 4 days i've had a burning/cold/ numbness in my left butt cheek 24/7 -SO irritating! How can i fix it?

Get moving: Prolonged immobility as you have described can result in local muscle or nerve compression. Break your 8-hour study days up by moving around every hour or so. If you try these maneuvers and your symptoms persist or worsen (weakness, increased area of numbness), then see your primary care physician. Good luck with your studies. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003206.htm ...Read more
