Symptoms of cardiac: arrest are rapid heart beats, dizziness and loss of consciousness. Not what you are describing. Sounds like you are having a sugar high. Ulnar nerve?: Muscles will spasm for several reasons. Over use, electrolyte imbalance, circulation problem or nerve entrapment. At your age, circulation problems are unlikely. If you have a strenous job or sweat a lot, make sure your are drinking enough fluids like gatoraide.
