Probably not: Dull aches in left arm (often with numbness, shortness of breath, sweating, post exertional) could bea cardiac symptom due to similar "wiring" between nerves going to heart and arm. These symptoms usually start centrally and radiate to the distal arm. The left leg however does not sate these nerves and a cardiac cause (like reduced oxygenation of heart due to blockages should not involve the leg. ...Read more

Need exam: At your age this could be many things so an examination if symptoms continue is indicated. Tennis elbow( tendinitis), carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar n. Entrapment @ elbow ( cubital tunnel); radicular pain from a disc prob.In neck, thoracic outlet syndrome etc .Are all in diff. Dx.Now w/o a detailed hx and exam to go on... See your md for eval.
