Left arm pain & heaviness. No chest pain. Still able to do everyday tasks with arm, just a heavy feeling. Also have health anxiety?
Not typical angina: This could be a heart problem without chest pain. Self diagnosis is not a good idea even for a doctor like me. If you don't have a primary physician, then now you know why it would be a good idea to have one. An EKG and some blood tests plus a good examination can answer this for you. ...Read more

Smoker?: Do you smoke? If your your pain occurs with exertion and you smoke, you need a stress test. If no to both, the pain is almost surely not your heart. If the pain goes down your arm, nerve impingement in the neck (disc herniation for instance) is a likely bet. Also muscular strain and fibromyalgia can cause this. ...Read more

Having chest pain that comes goes and pain in left arm went to the doc and had EKG everything normal. I checked bp 10 times could that cause arm pain?
I don't think so: Your pain may be musculoskeletal or stress induced. At your age, coronary artery disease is very low probability.
