I've had 3 MRI scans and all where normal, could i still have ms, I have bad clonus of the left ankle, I do have other symptoms of ms?
MRI: Mri does not diagnose ms. Your doctor (neurologist) will put all the pieces together and give you a diagnosis. Have you had a spinal tap? There is lab work that would still need to be done. My MRI scans are normal but I have weakness down left side and clonus in left ankle, I have all symptoms of MS but doctor won't do spinal tap?
Neurologist: I am presuming you are seeing a neurologist for this level of problem. If your MRI scans are totally normal that would make ms unlikely.... If your symptoms are stable and not changing/ moving that also makes it unlikely. See a neurologist or, if you already have, see another for a second opinion. ...Read more
Having these symptoms, pain in left arm, side and upper thigh, numbness in left ankle, heart palpitations (have had tests all OK) but no one knows why?

Palpable mass on left inside ankle. Inconclusive results with xrays, mri with contrast, and ultrasound. What could this be?

My left ankle been poping in and out. What causes it do it. It don't heal. What does it take to heal it.?
Multiple answers.: This could be due to recurrent sprains of the lateral ligaments of the ankle creating the weakness and popping.
