Pregnancy test.: Abdominal pain isn't a great indicator of pregnancy (it's too nonspecific). Some people who are pregnant have belly pains, and other people who are pregnant don't. Anything: Lots of things could cause it. I assume you have had an ultrasound to confirm that it is an intra-uterine pregnancy and not ectopic. It could be stretching of the uterus, or the ligaments. Is cramping or stretching in lower abdomen and pelvic area is normal during 4 months pregnancy (twin pregnancy).
Can early pregnancy cause pressure in rectum. Tightening in vagina. Along with breast pain and lower abdominal pain. Have had PID before.
Yes: Early pregnancy can cause all those symptoms you describe. If you don't have foul discharge or fever, then hopefully not pid. If you're worried it wouldn't hurt to get checked to make sure as you wouldn't want to have cervical or uterine infection in pregnancy.
