Warm up vs cool down: Active warm up is ideal prior to intense workouts. Depending upon how aggressive your yoga routine is, it might serve as warm up. With that said, cooling down is also a good idea after intense exercise too. Lifting & running-: -sounds like a good program, but not on the same day.lift 4 gaining muscle mass & bulk & running 4 Ur cardo. Have a set program U use don't just walk from machine 2 free weights & use in no order. Have a written form that U can fill in what's done each session. Uncertain: I disagree with some aspects of recommended treatments such as coffee enemas for detoxification purposes. I find no convincing studies proving benefit. In general, a working liver and healthy kidneys take care of detoxification quite admirably.
