Hello. : Hello. If you need a current functional capacity report, he wouldn't be able to provide that if you weren't in his care. If his notes were scant, he might ot be able to complete the report to describe how you were doing then. I would get in touch with his office. Educational testing: Your child's school should be able to perform educational testing for your child to assess for any learning disabilities. Additionally, you and his teachers can fill out Vanderbilt forms to assess ADHD & ODD. Comparing the scores at school with those from home will give a better idea of how to approach behavioral concerns as well.
