Can a symptomatic unruptured brain aneurysm stop showing symptoms headache symptoms and only show sinus symptoms?
My interpretation: Not sure what you imply by "symptomatic", as most unruptured brain aneurysms cause no overt symptoms and are merely found when MRI is done looking for explanations of migraines.
