NICE: anatomy "sense"....it may be that muscle strained/sprained by swinging (on what??) In any case a strain/sprain will last for 7-10 days giving pain when the muscles involved are USED. It needs to have bio: Any lymph node of 2cm or over needs to have a biopsy to exclude cancer. But it can also be due to a benign cause such as infection or inflammation related. Need more info: Before we can interpret a test we need to know why the test was done in the first place? In case you have had any symptoms such as a swelling or pain on your trunk, there would not be a reason to do a MRI. If you can share this info and also the MRI report(How big is the lymph node?), then we can guide you further. Lymph nodes can be normal as long as they are small (1cm or less in size). ...Read more
