Might need steroids: Too,local cream and probably tablets,if it is true latex allergy, you can start with OTC hydrocortisone cream,if it doesn't improve in a day or two please see your doctor,it might be something else or you might need systemic steroids.Meanwhile avoid latex in general, also in kitchen use vinyl gloves, tell your doctor you have latex allergy.
