Late period sore breasts and 2 negative hpts?

Late period sore breasts and 2 negative hpts?

Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

One way to know.: Could be either one. Only way to be certain is to do a pregnancy test. They are sold pretty cheap in any drug store. Wait to see if you have your period first.

17 days late period. Neg hpt. Light brown clear discharge. Sexually active sore breasts?

17 days late period. Neg hpt. Light brown clear discharge. Sexually active sore breasts?

Time and technique: If you did the test correctly and it was negative at 17 days after a missed period, you are very unlikely to be pregnant. Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Consult this site for more information on this topic. Http://www. Nichd. Nih. 2 step approach: 1) buy 2 different brands of pregnancy tests & run each one on your 1st morning urine 2) if both tests are negative, see your primary doctor, or, even better, an endocrinologist

What could be the reason for: late period, occasional cramping, & extremely sore breasts? I'm on birth control & I've taken 2 hpt, they were negative.

Birth Control!: Actually, you may have answered your own question. There are different types of hormonal birth control. Some have estrogen and progestin, others just progestin. Both are capable of altering a cycle and causing sore bresats as your body "adapts" to the medication. It is usually nothing to stress about. Keep with your bc plans, and use it as directed. A negative preg test is reassurring.

Haven't had sex, negative pregancy test, late period and tender breasts (pregnant?)

Haven't had sex, negative pregancy test, late period and tender breasts (pregnant?)

Doubt it: If you haven't had any sex, you should not be able to be pregnant. So is there more information that you haven't been forthcoming with? Is there some other factor (like rape) that's hadn't been disclosed? Do you know how pregnancy is achieved? That's a serious question, some people never find out that sexual intercourse leads to pregnancy. Fill in the blanks if there are any. Otherwise relax UR OK

Sounds like PMS: Your cycle is governed by the computer in the lower brain. Pms is caused most commonly by poor diet and the sweet/ salt craving that often accompanies the emotional lability is part of it. Look to your diet, not hormones. If it is pregnancy you will know by missing the next period.

Do a pregnancy test: The 1st, 2nd and 3rd reason would be the most likely, if you are sexually active and normally have regular cycles.

People will: Occasionally miss a period. The upt at this point should be positive. We start treating generally at 3 months without a period, not a big deal, the symptoms are probably from temporary changes in hormones because you did not ovulate! Should go back to normal. G luc.
