On top of my late period and cramps here and there I'm having white discharge my last period was December 10 its now jan 23 what does this mean?
Possible pregnancy: If your period is late, the first thought is possible pregnancy. Check a pregnancy test and, if it is negative and your period still hasn't started, repeat it in 3-5 days. For example, thyroid problems, weight gain or loss, stress, intense exercise, dieting, etc. can all make you miss a period. Lots of things: Always rule out pregnancy first. However, many things can affect the timing and regularity of one's cycle (e.g. Weight changes, diet, stress, etc..). Don't stress. Keep an eye on it for now. The vaginal discharge is very non-specific and probably (normal) related to any hormonal shifts.
