Lots of things: Always rule out pregnancy first. However, many things can affect the timing and regularity of one's cycle (e.g. Weight changes, diet, stress, etc..). Don't stress. Unlikely: If you did the tests correctly and the results were negative at 11 days after missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You may repeat the test in 3-4 days if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
