This usually is a very early miscarriage, which is not uncommon in normal women. One can call her Ob-Gyn doctor during regular clinic hours, to see if any follow-up is needed in her particular case. ...Read more

Severe cramps?: Having late, irregular or missed periods is a common side-effect of Nexplanon. You shouldn't be surprised when this happens. This kind of pain can produce slight nausea, but so can "endometriosis". See your healthcare provider for advice, but at 32, many menstrual symptoms are increased. Oral bcp may assist in reducing these pains. ...Read more
4 days late period and 33 cycle. I used EPT 2 days ago. It says negative. I feel cramps but on and off. Is there tendency that I am pregnant?
Maybe: It really depends on when you actually ovulated. If your periods are a little longer apart, it means you ovulate later. If you did ovulate late, perhaps it was too early for the pregnancy test to turn positive. I suggest repeating the pregnancy test if you don't get your period in about a week. ...Read more

Lots of things: Always rule out pregnancy first. However, many things can affect the timing and regularity of one's cycle (e.g. Weight changes, diet, stress, etc.). Don't stress. Keep an eye on it for now. The vaginal discharge is very non-specific and probably (normal) related to any hormonal shifts. If the changes are persistent for more than 5-6 cycles, see your ob/gyn. ...Read more

Late period, 2 hpt negative, mild cramps (pull-like), wet feeling, cravings, nauseous. Could I be pregnant?
Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. Sounds like just a late period. ...Read more

Maybe, maybe not...: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. An ob-gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms. ...Read more

Late period: It's hard to say why it happens, but sometimes we are just late for our period. Even if it's never happened to you before, it could be happening now. Things like medications, stress, travel, changes in your weight, can all cause a late period. If your pregnancy test is negative, repeat it once per week until you get your period, to be safe. If no period for a whole month, I would see your gyn doc. ...Read more
