Yes: Fractional lasers can do a nice job of improving acne scars. I generally treat bad acne scars with a combination treatment, including laser, PRP and sometimes subcision (for the deep ice picks) or fillers/fat transfer. For scarring that is not so severe I will generally start with a course of Laser Genesis (about 5-6 treatments). ...Read more

Depends: If the scars are bothering you the laser resurfacing with something like a fractionated co2 laser can help but there is a little downtime . In general a good result is considered 505 reduction of scars and may need several treatments.
