I have genital HPV. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. I have a small high-raised white bump on the middle of my tongue, and large flat red ones on the back?

Prob not oral HPV: The tongue normally has various bumps, papillae, etc. "Large flat red ones on the back" likely are normal circumvallate papillae, present in everyone. (Google it, see photos.) Hard to say about the other, but oral warts are rare, so it's probably something else. If you're sure it's new or abnormal, see your doctor or dentist.
