Hydrocele: If in fact it is a hydrocele, it is not dangerous. It could also represent a hernia. For sure you need an exam. If you can't wait 14 weeks due to pain or discomfort, call your doctors office back and ask for an earlier appointment. PostOp Seroma: It is very common for fluid to accumulate where the old hernia was immediately after surgery. It can feel just like a hernia but will not "yo-yo" in and out. Best option would be to see your surgeon in-person so they can examine you & reassure you that all is well. ...Read more

If it is there 15yrs: most likely may not be a tumor , may be it is an hydrocele a benign condition a fluid sac around testes . Still has to be seen by a physician to make sure is not a tumor. See doc now: If the enlargement of your testicle is new and has not been examined by a doctor, it needs to be examined right away. There are benign reasons for masses in the scrotum, but testicular cancer is always a concern. Go get it examined now. ...Read more
