Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. "Painless white stuff" usually isn't yeast (thrush), just a garden variety "coated tongue", which can occur with colds and any number of minor health issues.
