Purple, fluid filled sac on scalp that hangs by a thin piece of skin similar to skin tag. Sac popped when squeezed with minimal pressure ?
Have an exam.: This sounds strange and I can recall nothing from my experience that could explain this. What causes wounds on the gums which are like blood stripes and painless small bumps filled with fluids on the inside cheeks?
Biting/salivary duct: repeated bitting can cause the strips on the cheeks. If it around the gums near the teeth = most likely gingivitis. Small painless fluid filled bumps in cheeks = most likely fluid filled salivary glands just underneath the tissue. For gums just work on brushing techniques and the bumps = no worries and normal.
