Need more info: Where is this precancerous lesion is located anyway? What therapy did you get for this lesion? If this is located in the ovaries and you have them removed- off course you will have infertility. If you have precancerous like dcis in the breast and you get treatment like tamoxifen- you could be infertile. Possibly: If the testis both grew in size and produced hormons that sustained a normal puberty, it is likely they are fine frrom a fertility standpoint.
