See PCP: An issue like this needs assessment by GI consultant. I would not try to manage you in my office unless totally sure of the diagnosis. It may be ibs but there are other things to think about. Pcp can discuss issues with you and do physical exam. Could try a medication until GI consult seen. Many causes: There are many causes of fever/chills, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Food poisoning is the most likely. Is this possible? If it is not possible, then you will want to be checked on for important causes like appendicitis. This sounds important. Possibly: Residual symptoms of pancreatitis can include some fullness and discomfort, depending on severity and cause. During the period of recovery, abstinence from alcohol, limiting fatty food intake, may limit the stress on the pancreas.
