Should i be concerned if my eye is now swollen, but i used lacrilube (artificial tears) which is a safe eye lubricant over it, should I get it checked out?

Preservative allergy: Allergy to preservative should be ruled out. Typically this manifest as itching and redness. Preservative free medication is available. If actually secondary to dryness, try different tear drops. All are variations of lubricant and water. Just need to find right combo.
