Bartholin cyst: It is not possible to sure without examining the lesion, however, from what you described, it is consistent with a Bartholin cyst, that usually develops due blockage in the duct of a gland. It is not serious per se, but if it gets infected, it may cause pain and other symptoms. Yes probably correct: Yes i agree that from your description, the most likely cause of the white bumps is folliculitis. Applying moist heat for 10 minutes 2-4 times daily or bath soaks can help. Avoiding tight clothing and increased aeration to the vulva can help. Washing with an anti-bacterial soap after sweaty rubbing like exercise and sex can help. ...Read more

Yeast vaginitis?: Genital warts can appear (or reappear) months or years after catching HPV. Howver, warts don't itch; if you have warts, it's not the only problem. Vulvar itching is most suggestive of a vaginal yeast infection, which is much more common in women with diabetes. This could also indicate your diabetes is not under as good control as it could be.
