Could be???: See your gyn for an exam and culture if the culture is + then it is herpes, if the cult is neg then it may or may not be herpes, your gyn can get a blood antibody test in a few months because if the culture was neg, if u did get herpes u will have antibodies in the blood, I rec protection when having sex and asking your partner before if he has anything transmittabledo not assume anything. ...Read more

Discovered I am allergic to bactrum/sulfa. Had a uti took three tablets & had swelling around labia & itching. Rushed to a doc was given a shot of a s?

See remark: There are a lot of antibiotics for UTI.
Henceforth AVOID drugs with SULFA.
For simple UTI, drink cranberry juice twice a day, they do have cranberry tablets..............one tab. 3X day
Drink ample amount of fluids.
I don't know your age, but it is a good practice to urinate after intercourse, since the act itself may introduce bacteria into bladder
